Vaudeville was first staged in Boston in 1885. The old-time novelty acts, magicians, banjo players and baggy pants comics have taken their final bows and disappeared.

One hundred years later, Bob "B.B." Widdop founded "B.B Family Entertainment" and soon became one of New England's PREMIER Family Entertainers.

In 1995, Bob auditioned and became the first clown nurse and supervisor (Nurse B.B.) for the "Big Apple Circus Clown Care Unit" at Childrens Hospital-Boston.
